Our school athletics team competed admirably in Hamilton over the weekend. We had four finalists and Jess Boyd succeeded in bringing home a bronze medal for a vault of 3.20m in the Open Woman’s Pole Vault. Jess Boyd has been awarded a total of 16 medals over her 5 years competing for our school in Canterbury, South Island and National Secondary School Athletics championships for both Pole Vault and High Jump. What a great way to finish your school athletics! |
