Go Geo and Athletics WA will showcase some of Australia’s best pole vaulters next month.
The Pole Vault Street Meet – an exhibition-style pole vault competition – will entertain community members on Saturday, March 2 at 3pm.
Held on the corner of Eliot Street and Victoria St in the heart of Bunbury, the event is being touted the “first of its kind” in the region.
The event will bring together some of the nation’s best pole vaulters for an afternoon of excitement.
Western Australian pole vaulter Nina Kennedy leapt to bronze at last year’s Commonwealth Games, on the Gold Coast.
