Chesterfield and District Athletics club’s pole vault squad returned from the Scottish National Indoor Championships with two silvers and a bronze.
Nathan Pentin, Ella Barrett, Rebecca Conway and Vick Price competed at Glasgow’s Emirates arena, which was built for the Commonwealth Games next year.
It proved inspirational as Pentin finished second in the U20s men’s event with a height of 4.10m.
Barrett, who cleared 2.82m, also gained silver, while Conway finished fifth with a height of 2.32m in the women’s U16s category.
Price collected bronze with a height of 3.00m in the U18s women’s vault.
