Corey Friedenbach, a Pacific Collegiate School senior, signed a National Letter of Intent on Monday, committing her to compete in pole vault for the Air Force Academy next year.
The official start of the NLI period for all sports except basketball, football and men’s soccer and water polo is Wednesday, but the agreements are nonbinding with the military academies, so Friedenbach was able to sign early.
