Gold Medal Publishing, LLC has released a new biography, The Sky’s the Limit – The Joe Dial Story. Dial set the pole vault indoor World Record in 1986 and also held the American outdoor record for nine years (1985-1994). He currently serves as the award-winning Oral Roberts University Head Track Coach.
Dial is returning to Marlow for the 4th of July celebration and plans to participate in city’s annual 4th of July parade that morning. He will also be signing copies of his book at a booth in Redbud Park on the 4th. Copies of the 247 page book ($24.95) will be available at the park.
“I am looking forward to coming home and seeing all my friends and family. I’ve always enjoyed Marlow’s July 4th celebration. I hope to see you at Redbud Park. Please come by and say hi,” Dial said.
