The victory continued a recent hot streak for the 29-year-old Greenville High School graduate who starred collegiately at Arkansas. Morris is unbeaten on the Diamond League circuit this year, winning in Birmingham, England, in May, Rabat, Morocco, on June 5 and in Rome on June 9.
Morris had established the world’s best of this year in Rome when she cleared 15-9 1/4 during the Golden Gala Pietro Menena at Olympic Stadium.
