This vaulter’s timely breakthrough last year began with 17-0 at D1 state, beating standout senior twins Joey and Chris Uhle during a watershed year for the event in Ohio. This easily qualified for the U.S. team that competed at the World Youth Champs and earned the bronze in France with 16-6.75.
