London’s rising track and field stars sidelined by lack of training options

As you may recall, the world’s greatest athlete prepared for the Tokyo Olympics at old, chilly Farquharson arena.

Due to Western University’s current pandemic procedures and the city’s lack of appropriate and affordable indoor track and field space, the kids in one of the country’s traditional track and field hotbeds are still shut out of their usual Thompson arena training spot.
