The Favorites: (personal best/season best)
1. Renaud Lavillenie, France (6.03m/5.95m) -The Frenchman is ranked #1 in the world, has a gold medal from 2012 Indoor Champs, and was 3rd at WC in 2011.
2. Bjorn Otto, Germany (5.92m/5.92m) – The runner up at this years World Indoor Champs and current #2 in the world.
3. Brad Walker, United States of America (6.04m/5.90m) – Currently ranked #4 in the world,  we’ll give the American Record Holder and outside shot at a medal.

The Americans:
1. Brad Walker (6.04m/5.90m) – American Record Holder, took first place in 2007 WC at Osaka.
2. Jeremy Scott (5.72m/5.60m) – 9th place in 2011 World Champs in Daegu.
3. Derek Miles (5.82m/5.60m) – 4th place in 2008 at Beijing Olympics.
