What an incredible day it was for Mondo Duplantis as he once again etched his name into history, clearing an impressive 6.23 meters in the vault at Eugene, Oregon. This remarkable feat was made even more special as he did it in front of the friends and family he has grown up with, many of whom are from the United States!
He has now shattered this record for the seventh time.
Following this historic achievement, Ernest John Obiena 5.82m secured the second position, with Sam Kendricks 5.72m claiming third place.
