Monsignor Farrell’s Charles Crispi etched his name among some of Staten Island’s top pole vaulters over the course of his four-year career and now the soon-to-be graduate is hoping to experience the same success as a member of the U.S. Naval Academy.
The 17-year-old Crispi actually made his commitment to Navy official a little over three months ago, but he made it a formality during a signing ceremony at the Oakwood school last week.
