New School Record Highlights Strong Showing at Kent State Tune-Up

Freshman Leah Pasqualetti and senior Grace Tennant moved into the top-16 on the national performance list for the 2020-21 indoor season to highlight the end of regular season competition for the Kent State track and field team at the Kent State Tune-Up on Saturday.

Pasqualetti who broke Sam Tollerud’s school record in the women’s pole vault with a height of 14′-0.5″, a mark that moves to the No. 14 spot in the country. The 2020 Track and Field News National High School Girls MVP cleared the record-setting bar on her third attempt.
