Pasqualetti Named Track and Field News High School MVP

Despite her final outdoor season at Orchard Park High School falling victim to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pasqualetti continued rigorously training to reach new heights. The hard work was rewarded on June 26th, as she cleared 14′-8.25″ to set new national high school and American U-20 outdoor pole vault records at the Vaulter Magazine Stars and Stripes Big Red Barn Meet in Sun City, California. The height is tied for 15th on the all-time outdoor World U-20 performance list.

A few weeks later, Pasqualetti was the youngest of nine world-class vaulters in action at the Acadia Invitational. She tied for fourth-place with a top height of 14′-1.25″, finishing only behind three competitors who placed in the top-five at the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials.
