Pole vaulters of all ages, heights, and abilities showed off their athleticism at Rivervault this weekend.
“It’s not the high stresses of a normal event like a track and field competition, where it’s a little bit more competition,” said Rivervault organizer Jeremiah Burish. “And this is a fun competition. Everybody wants everyone to do well, and so it’s great to see everyone just have a great time, high-fiving, ringing the bell when they make a personal best. It’s just a fun atmosphere to be around.”
