Riverside School District called authorities on April 3 and said the pole vault mats at Riverside High School had been vandalized.
Authorities said it appeared the suspect(s) cut the mats in the pole vault pit sometime between March 22 and March 24 and caused an estimated $10,000 in damage.
There was no suspect information as of Tuesday.
Crime Stoppers of the Inland Northwest is offering a cash reward for anyone providing information leading to an arrest in this burglary. Persons with information should call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1-800-222-TIPS.
