The freshman pole vaulter cleared the height on her second attempt and finished tied for first at Saturday’s Event, the War Eagle Invitational at Auburn’s Hutsell-Rosen Track.
The previous record was held by Kristen Denk at 4.15m (13-7.25) set in 2016.
