Princeton’s Sondre Guttormsen won the 2023 NCAA Men’s Indoor Pole Vault National Champion after clearing 6.00 meters (19-8 1/4) at Friday’s national indoor championship in the Albuquerque Convention Center.
This is Guttormsen’s second consecutive time being named the men’s indoor pole vault national champion, and his third NCAA title overall.
What made for a thrilling indoor championship, both Guttormsen and Zach Bradford of Texas Tech initially cleared 5.91m, smashing Guttormsen’s previous PR of 5.90 m.
