Who is Tim Mack?

Tim is the 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist/Former Olympic Record Holder and boasts a personal best of 19’8 ¼”. He has vaulted for 10 years professionally (28 years total) and has trained with the best coaches/pole-vaulters in the world. He currently coach pole-vaulters from 11-28 years old.

When?: December 30. 2013

Where?: Spire Institute, Geneva, Oh

Who is eligible?: College and High School pole-vaulters (male-female). We will limit the clinic to the first 25 pole-vaulters to register.

What you will learn?

-Running drills important for pole-vaulters

-How to hold and how to drop the pole properly

-How to take-off correctly and how to swing more efficiently

-How to transition this to come off the top of the pole better

What should I bring?

-Running Shoes/Spikes

-Poles (I will have poles that range from 10’8 75lb to 14’175lb Spirit poles)

-Training Gear (shirts, shorts, tights, warm-up gear)

-Expert coaching by Tim Mack and 5 of his post-collegiate pole-vaulters

-A series of drills that you take with you that will transform and shape your vaulting

-Training folder with yearly workout template developed by Tim Mack
