Victoria Harvey keeps climbing higher, and nobody could reach her Saturday.
The Watkins Memorial senior bumped up her school record up to 12-feet-9 to win the pole vault during the OATCCC Division I indoor state track championships at SPIRE Institute. Harvey was six inches higher than runner-up Megan Rybitski of Huber Heights Wayne.
